Our Programs : Individual Feedback

Designed for the busy executive, this program provides feedback using our Negotiation Effectiveness Profile and the Thomas - Kilman conflict survey. Each participant will receive a written report along with a telephone consultation to review the results and next steps. This is an ideal activity for people who are having problems dealing with conflict and negotiation issues.
